Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of OptionsVision (the “App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

License

Subject to these Terms, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.

Educational Use; No Advice

The App is an educational tool. As described in the Financial Disclaimer, it does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and nothing in the App is a recommendation to enter into any transaction. You are solely responsible for your decisions.

No Warranty

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the App will be accurate, error-free, or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL VISHNU MUTHIAH BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR TRADING OR INVESTMENT LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Accuracy of Information

Calculations and figures in the App are theoretical estimates and may be inaccurate or delayed. Independently verify any information before relying on it.

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, text, graphics, and logos, is owned by Vishnu Muthiah and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App except as permitted by law.

Third-Party Platforms

Your use of the App may be subject to the terms of the platform from which you obtained it (for example, the Apple App Store), including Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

Changes

We may modify or discontinue the App, or update these Terms, at any time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Arlington, Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
